Monogame 3.3 SoundEffect play congela

Después de usar Monogame 3.3 con Xamarin Android, el método SoundEffect.Play congela el juego. Intento convertir files wav de 8 bits mono, 16 bits mono sin cambios. Este error en Samsung T101 Android 4.0.3 pero SoundEffects funciona con otro dispositivo Android que tiene 4.2.2.

No tengo este problema con Monogame 3.2. ¿Cualquier sugerencia?
